Purpose.  This national bulletin solicits reviews and comments on proposed changes to TN 190-B-78, “Pollinator Conservation Farm Bill Programs (2018-2023).”  
 
Expiration Date.  March 31, 2023  
 
Background.  TN 190-B-78 explains the current conservation programs that can be used to conserve pollinators and habitat for pollinators and beneficial insects. In general, updates were made to include the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) programs.

Revisions to TN 190-B-78 include:
 
 •  Updating the title from “Using 2014 Farm Bill Programs for Pollinator Conservation” to   “Pollinator Conservation Farm Bill Programs (2018-2023)”
•  Updating the cover page illustrations
•  Adding the following sections
   o “Abbreviations”
   o “Table of Contents”
   o “How to Use this Guide”
   o “New Programs in the 2018 Farm Bill that could Benefit Pollinators”
   o “Other National and State Technical Guidance Documents”
   o “Department of Agriculture Level Resources”
•  Updating table 1 to include USDA agricultural programs in the 2018 Farm Bill
•  Updating table 2 with practices for pollinators
•  Updating tables 3 and 4 for supporting practices
•  Adding tables 5 and 6a to 6f to include Conservation Reserve Program State Acres for Wildlife Enhancement practices and Conservation Stewardship Program enhancements
•  Adding an “Appendix Table A1 to A5”
•  Adding a “References” section
