Purpose.  To remind States of current availability and scope of Architect/Engineer Design Services (A/E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.  
 
Expiration Date.  September 30, 2021
 
Background.  Currently there are 20 active A/E IDIQ contracts in place covering 4 different regions across the U.S., Pacific Islands area, and Caribbean area. These are 5-year design services contracts which began April 16, 2018, and expire April 16, 2023.   
 
Explanation.   Due to expanded program and watershed funding, NRCS leadership is offering a contracting mechanism to assist with increased design services workload.
