Explanation.   This report summarizes the international engagements of agency employees during fiscal year 2020. Agency activities were impacted by the COVID-19 global pandemic, which restricted domestic and international travel starting at the end of March 2020. Organizers of international meetings, conferences, and workshops pivoted to a virtual format. NRCS employees were able to continue to engage on the world stage on topics as such water management systems, conservation practices, and sustainable agricultural production in drylands.

The International Programs Division is the primary facilitator for activities conducted during international travel and in support of foreign visits.
